LPA Is an audit that measure the degree a team leader has ‘leadership’ in the eyes of team members.

Emergent Team Leadership ETL and the Leadership Pathway Audit LPA identifies the pathway a leader can take to move from merely managing their team to the *true leadership of that team.

*True Leadership is defined as “a situation where team members willingly and enthusiastically accept their leader.”

The degree to which a leader has leadership, in the eyes of team members, can now be measured, thus the expression ‘Leadership Pathway Audit.’
